Back in beautiful Cape Town, South Africa again for my final warm weather preparation for the coming racing season. The weather has been superb with very little wind and warm. Been training at Peninsula Canoe Club with some of the Springbok athletes which has been good fun. Feeling strong and can't wait to start racing Internationally again in May at the first World Cup in Poznan, lining up against all the top guys again from around the World. It's not only good to race them but also to catch up on a social level with them too. Still loving my Nelo Vanquish III XXL and all the funky designs the GBR 200m squad have come up with.
