Last weekend I returned to Jersey to spend some time training in an ocean going quad in preparation for the 19 mile Sark to Jersey race on the 4th July. It was great to be back on the island again where I lived and worked for six months back in 2005. I'm really looking forward to the race, it's certainly going to be tough on mind, body and hands!
